Ordering

You may order from our product line by telephone, fax or email. If using email, for your own protection, please follow the instructions below for encrypting your order. Please include your name, billing and shipping addresses, daytime phone number and credit card with expiration date. You may also include your email address or fax if desired. Prices are in US dollars.

Credit Cards
We accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA.

Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from recognized government agencies, schools, organizations and established businesses. Please fax the signed purchase order to us. We may request a credit application before processing a purchase order.

Checks
We also accept personal checks and company checks drawn in US dollars. While checks drawn on US banks are preferred, we also accept checks drawn on banks outside of the US as long as the check specifies the correct amount in US dollars. Shipping might be delayed while waiting for a check to clear.

(Checks drawn on banks outside the United States are paid at the exchange rate in effect when the check is presented to your bank; where exchange rates are volatile, we suggest that you visit your bank to purchase a cashier's check drawn on a US bank.)


Again, if ordering by email, we ask that you encrypt your order for your own protection. Please follow the instructions below for encrypting your order.

Ordering by Email


For your safety, we ask that you encrypt your order to us with PGP and our PGP public key. This will ensure that your private information, such as your credit card, is not intercepted in transit. Please email your encrypted order to salespgp (at) bersearch.com (encryption is not automatic; you must encrypt before sending).

We are building an "Online Store" that will automate your shopping day at Bersearch Information Services, including a secured page for encrypting your credit card information automatically. Until the Online Store is operational, we ask that you protect yourself and encrypt your order manually.

Shipping

Orders received by 3 PM Mountain Standard Time (GMT - 7) are shipped the same day unless out of stock. Partial orders will be shipped if possible; Credit cards will be charged for shipped items on the day that those items ship.

US Priority Mail 3 - 4 business days
US Express Mail by 4:30 PM second day

Federal Express Standard Overnight Service by 3:00 PM next day
Federal Express Priority Overnight Service by 10:30 AM next day

Outside the U.S.
US Air Mail 7 - 14 business days
Federal Express International Service please ask 3 - 7 days

Returns

Unless you are a satisfied customer, we do not want your money.

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase for a no questions asked refund of the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges are not refunded.

We hope (but do not require) that before returning a product, you will give us a chance to resolve any problems. We encourage you to please call, fax or email us with your problem. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will refund your money.
